Thanks to the included Dashboard Reflash, you can instantly select different power levels directly from the factory controls—no laptop or reflashing required.
Choose the calibration that best suits your riding style, with available power levels ranging from approximately 250 HP up to 300 HP on 91-octane pump gas.
The package also includes adjustable Launch Control, allowing you to quickly set your preferred launch RPM for consistent starts at the drag strip or maximum fun on the trail.

Clutch Calibration Required
To achieve the advertised performance, the Stage 3R requires adjustable primary clutch weights.
Maintaining the correct clutch calibration is essential to keep the engine operating in its optimum powerband, ensuring maximum acceleration, peak horsepower, and excellent belt life.
The recommendations below are intended as a starting point for sleds equipped with a stock primary spring and helix in good condition. Final calibration may vary depending on gearing, snow conditions, elevation, rider weight, and other performance modifications.
Target Engine Speed
Target RPM: 9,000 RPM
Clutch Adjustment Procedure
Perform a full-throttle acceleration while applying the throttle progressively to minimize track spin.
Once engine RPM stabilizes, record the maximum RPM.
- If engine RPM is above 9,000: Add clutch weight.
- If engine RPM is below 9,000: Remove clutch weight.
Repeat the process until the engine consistently reaches 9,000 RPM under full load.
Because snow conditions, temperature, altitude, and track traction all influence clutch performance, minor clutch adjustments may be required throughout the season to maintain the target RPM.
