Please note we do ship outside Canada and USA, send us an email and we will help you for your order !

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing (certain items require longer times as is indicated on those product pages.)

Upon checkout, an estimated delivery date will be provided. Once your order has placed, you will be able to see the most up-to-date estimated delivery date by using your tracking number.

To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on which best suits your needs. You will have the ability to select your courier of choice during the checkout process. Please note that when the delivery team brings a package to you, a signature may be required to finalize the delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We make it our duty to offer you the best product on the market.
If you experience some problem with your parts contact us we will help you !

1-Return must be requested and communicated by email (info@precisionefi-com) within 10 days of receipt of your order, as determined by the carriers tracking number

2-To be eligible for return, the product must never have been installed, used or damaged. PEFI will determine, at its discretion, if the part meets all return criteria.

3-You will receive a return authorization number by email which will allow you to return the product within the following 14 days, to the address indicated.-The product must be shipped to PEFI at the customer's expense.-The customer must pack well and insure the shipment, because in the event of damage or loss, you remain responsible until delivery.

4-Electronic parts and programming tools are returnable under the same policy above, but a 20% verification fee will be deduce from the original invoice.5-ECU Flashes are returnable under the same policy above, the ECU will be reset to the original configuration, the cost of returning the ECU will be deducted from the refund.

6-Note that the shipping cost, from the original invoice, will not be reimbursed.

7-Failure to follow any of the above criterias may void the return authorization number and refund.

Damaged and/or missing part

1-Missing and/or damaged parts must be reported to PEFI within 48 hours of receipt of your order as determined by the carrier's tracking number.

2- Packaging material, box, tracking label and damaged parts must be photographed and emailed (info@precisionefi.com), with your name. address and order number.

3-Upon review, if the damage is caused by us or the carrier, PEFI will issue a return authorization number and email shipping label that will allow you to return the product within 14 days, at the address provided. Once the damaged product is received and meets all the criteria, a replacement part will be shipped. In the event of loss caused by us or the carrier, a replacement part will be shipped.

4-If the part is not received within the required time or if one of the above criteria is not respected, your return authorization number will be voids.

WARRANTY

Important Notice - Any PEFI product used in conjunction with one or more parts from other performance part manufacturers or used in sanctioned or unsanctioned racing completely voids all warranties.

1-The PEFI Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.2-All claims must be accompanied by images of the entire vehicle, the part installed on the vehicle, and some images that clearly demonstrate the associated problem. All sent by email (info@precisionefi.com) with your name, address and order number.3-if the part meets the PEFI Warranty criteria, a return authorization number will be issued that gives you 14 days to send us the part at your expense under the conditions shown in the images.4-You remain responsible for the shipment until it is delivered to our facilities.5-Once the part has been received, PEFI will determine, at its discretion, whether the warranty applies and will. if necessary, repair or replace that part.6-Duration and limits of the Precision EFI Warranty is determined from the date of receipt of the product indicated by the carrier's tracking number or slip.-Exhaust: 5 years-Other PEFI parts (except Turbo Upgrade kit and electrical/electronic parts): 1 year-Electronic or electrical parts: 14 days-Turbo Upgrade kit: 30 days-Part of a 3rd party (not manufactured by PEFI): no warranty from us, contact the manufacturer of that particular part.

Product Disclaimer

Although we have taken great care to built and supply the highest quality parts possible and have tested them under the most demanding conditions; Precision EFI assumes no liability for vehicle damage or personal injury resulting from the installation and use of any of our products. All Precision EFI product are sold for off-road use only and under good judgment and proper maintenance care.

CURRENCY

All final order will be procced in Canadian dollars.

I bought an Ecu Reflash, what do i do know ?
You have 2 option see bellow

For reflashing your ecu you can go to one of our authorised dealer and get your ecu flash right away with no extra fees.
You only need to contact us first so we can foward the information to the dealer you have choose to go.

For reflashing your ecu you can send us your ecu and we will reflash it for you with no extra fees.
The only additional fees is your shipping, you can ship your ecu with a return label.
