Shipping policy

Due to Covid-19 you may experience a delays of shipment out of our control.

Please note we do ship outside Canada and USA, send us an email and we will help you for your order !

Due to Covid-19 you may experience a delays of shipment out of our control.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing (certain items require longer times as is indicated on those product pages.)

Upon checkout, an estimated delivery date will be provided. Once your order has placed, you will be able to see the most up-to-date estimated delivery date by using your tracking number.

To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on which best suits your needs. You will have the ability to select your courier of choice during the checkout process. Please note that when the delivery team brings a package to you, a signature may be required to finalize the delivery.

Returns and exchanges

We make it our duty to offer you the best product on the market.
If you experience some problem with your parts contact us we will help you !

All items returned for refund must be in new, unused condition. 

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date and must be accompanied with original invoice/receipt.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee not to exceed 20% of the cost of the product. Shipping fees and/or credit card fees cannot be refunded.

Any defective items that are still under manufacturer's warranty will be replaced with the same or equivalent items. No refunds on defective items returned under warranty.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and without the Precision EFI return/warranty completed document. Call (450-983-3966) or e-mail for details (info@precisionefi.com)

warranty

All parts manufactured by Precision EFI are warranty

(exhaust, donwpipe, belly guard, chain case skate, charge tubes. fuel system, intercooler, gas cap, catch can, axle, shaft saver…)

Precision EFI offers a 1 year warranty on all parts manufactured by Precision EFI.
Proof of purchase must be provided when returning the part for inspection along with the Precision EFI return / warranty document.

The part must be shipped at the customer's expense to our offices. 1016-J Arthur Sauvé, St-Eustache, J7R 4K3

In the event of a manufacturing defect or a problem with the part covered under warranty, Precision EFI will provide the same or equivalent replacement part free of charge. Precision EFI reserves the right to guarantee or not the part according to its own inspection criteria.

If the part is in good working order or parts that are not covered under warranty, the parts will be returned at the customer's expense and an inspection fee may be charged.


Precision EFI offers a 1 year warranty on their fuel pumps included in their upgraded fuel system.
Proof of purchase must be provided when returning the fuel pump for inspection along with the Precision EFI return/warranty completed document.
The pump must be shipped at the customer's expense to our offices. 1016-J Arthur Sauvé, St-Eustache, J7R 4K3

In the event of a manufacturing defect or a problem with the pump, Precision EFI will provide a replacement pump free of charge.
-If the pump is in good working order, an inspection fee of $ 40 and transport costs will be billed to the customer.

Currency

All final order will be procced Canadian dollars.

ECU REFLASH

I bought an Ecu Reflash, what do i do know ?
You have 2 option see bellow

For reflashing your ecu you can go to one of our authorised dealer and get your ecu flash right away with no extra fees.
You only need to contact us first so we can foward the information to the dealer you have choose to go.

For reflashing your ecu you can send us your ecu and we will reflash it for you with no extra fees.
The only additional fees is your shipping, you can ship your ecu with a return label.
