Stage 3R - From race to trail

The stage 3r is the ''best bang for the buck'' kit for drag racing. This kit was made to be the ultimate drag machine while keeping the stock turbo.

While this kit was mainly developed to be used in drag races, but it is also good to run in the trails. This kit delivers a lot of power for a great riding experience.

We made sure that for your long-distance trip you would get a better fuel economy than a stock machine. For trail riding, you can expect a better fuel economy due to the fact that the stock map is too conservative.

The precision EFI knock system is included in all our reflashes.

Please take note that this power package requires the addition of some adjustable ramps in the primary clutch
Ramp adjustment starting point

For a stock spring and helix combination in good condition, to achieve the target RPM. Please note; a modified spring and helix combination affects the final result. Therefore, we cannot provide settings for every application.

The test should be performed as follows: accelerate quickly but gradually to avoid track slippage. While accelerating, wait for the RPM to stabilize, then take an RPM reading. If the RPM is too high, add weight; if too low, reduce the weight. 
Note that surface conditions vary and affect RPM.

- Target RPM: 9000 
- Team Clutch : Adjustable Ramp Kit Dalton Qa2-76 set to total of 78 g (use purple Loctite)
-Adapt Clutch : Adjustable Ramp Kit Dalton Qa3-65 set to total of 67 g (use purple Loctite)
- A screw head flush with the top of the hole (at the heel) is the most common settin
