The Precision EFI Fuel Pump Upgrade Kit is the ideal replacement for the factory fuel pump assembly on 900 ACE Turbo and 900 ACE Turbo R snowmobiles. Whether your sled is completely stock or equipped with a Precision EFI performance calibration, this kit delivers the fuel flow and electrical capacity needed for reliable performance.
Designed with durability in mind, every component has been selected to provide long-term reliability while supporting increased fuel demand from higher horsepower applications.
At the heart of the system is a 255 LPH Walbro high-flow fuel pump, securely mounted in a precision-machined billet aluminum pump cap. Unlike the factory assembly, the Walbro pump is fully replaceable, making future servicing simple and cost-effective.
To ensure consistent fuel delivery under heavy load, the kit also includes an upgraded high-current relay box, supplying the additional amperage required by the high-flow pump while reducing electrical stress on the factory wiring.
