Producing 320 horsepower on 91-octane pump fuel and up to 337 horsepower on race fuel, the Stage 4 is widely regarded as the ultimate stock-turbo package for riders who want brutal acceleration, exceptional drivability, and the versatility to enjoy both trail riding and drag racing.

In fact, if you asked the Precision EFI team which package they personally ride, the overwhelming majority would choose the Stage 4. It has become our staff favorite because it delivers the ideal balance of power, reliability, throttle response, and everyday usability. It is powerful enough to outrun almost anything on the trail while remaining perfectly enjoyable for all-day riding.

Simply put, if we had to recommend one package to the serious performance enthusiast, this would be it.

The Stage 4 was engineered for riders who refuse to choose between a race sled and a trail sled.

Instant throttle response, explosive low-end torque, and relentless mid-range acceleration combine to create a machine that feels incredibly responsive from the moment you touch the throttle.

Whether you're launching from a stop, blasting across a lake, climbing long grades, or making full-throttle trail passes, the Stage 4 delivers power exactly when you need it—with virtually no turbo lag.

Multiple Power Levels at Your Fingertips

One of the biggest advantages of the Stage 4 is its fully integrated Multi-Map system.

Using the factory dashboard controls, you can instantly select the power level best suited to your riding conditions.

Available calibrations range from approximately 250 HP all the way to 337 HP (race fuel required), allowing you to tailor the sled's performance without connecting a laptop or reflashing the ECU.

The package also includes adjustable Launch Control, giving you complete control over your starting RPM for consistent launches on every surface.

Outstanding Fuel Economy

More horsepower doesn't have to mean more fuel consumption.

During normal trail riding, the Stage 4 often delivers better fuel economy than the factory calibration.

The stock ECU mapping is intentionally conservative, leaving considerable efficiency on the table. Our optimized calibration improves combustion efficiency while providing substantially more power throughout the RPM range.

For riders who regularly cover long distances, the included Economy Map further extends fuel range while still producing noticeably more horsepower and torque than a completely stock sled.

Precision EFI Knock Protection

Every Precision EFI ECU calibration includes our proprietary Knock Protection System, continuously monitoring engine knock to maximize performance while protecting your engine under changing fuel quality and operating conditions.

Recommended Engine Upgrades

For riders planning to use the 337 HP race fuel calibration, high-strength cylinder head studs are strongly recommended to provide additional clamping force under elevated cylinder pressures.

Clutch Calibration Required

This performance package requires the use of adjustable primary clutch weights to achieve the advertised performance.

The settings below are intended as a starting point for sleds equipped with a stock spring and helix in good condition. Final clutch calibration may vary depending on gearing, altitude, snow conditions, rider weight, and other modifications.

Target Engine Speed

• Target RPM: 9,000 RPM
• Performance spring and helix kit strongly recommended

Recommended Starting Point

• Dalton DTYA1 Adjustable Ramp Kit (74.5 g)
• Adjust to a total weight of 79.5 g
• Apply Purple Loctite to all weight screws.
• For most applications, position the adjustment screw with the head flush with the top of the heel pocket.

Fine-Tuning Procedure

Perform a full-throttle acceleration while applying power progressively to minimize track spin. Once engine RPM stabilizes, record the maximum RPM.

• RPM above 9,000: Add clutch weight.
• RPM below 9,000: Remove clutch weight.

Keep in mind that snow conditions, temperature, elevation, and track traction all influence clutch performance and may require slight adjustments to maintain the target RPM.
