The EVP Catch Can Kit is designed to eliminate oil/crankcase vapors from being ingested by the turbocharger, which contaminates the intake charge. Rather than go the easy route of mounting to the firewall where vapors easily infiltrate the cab, our CNC-machined billet aluminum separator mounts to the frame rail toward the rear of the machine.

• Body/canister features an integrated perforated stainless steel baffle to further prevent oil siphoning back out
• Additional stainless steel screen packing for enhanced air/oil vapor separation
• New mounting location to avoid the firewall as we did not want the vapors coming out of the catch can to contaminate the driver/passenger
• Custom-made hose that increases the diameter of the hose for most of the run from the valve cover to the catch can
• New petcock-style release valve for hassle-free periodic draining with zero mess
• Entire body including frame mount is machined from a solid block of 6160-T6 aluminum with no welding to crack or break
• Simple, easy installation
• Shipped ready for mounting on the frame, however, the billet cap can be rotated in 45-degree increments to allow virtually any other mounting location
