By distributing track load across four rear idler wheels instead of three, this kit helps reduce stress on the suspension components, improves durability, and provides smoother track support in demanding riding conditions.

Every component has been engineered for maximum strength, precision, and long-term reliability.

Kit Includes

• Four (4) Heavy-Duty 8-inch rubber rear idler wheels
• CNC-machined black anodized aluminum spacers and mounting hardware
• Stainless steel adjustment hardware to eliminate corrosion and minimize wear on contact surfaces
• Precision-machined components with tight manufacturing tolerances to:
  • Prevent bearing movement on the shaft
  • Reduce wear on critical components
  • Minimize the risk of bending the adjustment bolts under heavy loads

Everything required for installation is included, allowing for a straightforward bolt-on installation with no modifications required.

Compatibility

Fits all 2019+ Arctic Cat ProCross chassis equipped from the factory with:

• 8-inch rear idler wheels
• 1-inch rear axle shaft

Optional Upgrade

Heavy-Duty Track Adjusters are available separately for riders looking to further reinforce the rear axle assembly.

Installation Note

For maximum reliability, apply medium-strength thread locker (Loctite® Blue 242 or equivalent) to the track adjustment bolt end pieces during installation.
